In UAE unlike other countries, you can find job when you are on visit or tourist visa. During visit or tourist visa if you get job then you shouldn't go to work until your visa get changed to employment/work visa. One who wants to get work visa should contact to employer or company.
According to a report of Gulf News; private NEWS agency, in case of get caught while working on visit/tourist visa you'll be fined 50,000 Dirhams. So, it would be good to work for employer/company after getting your visa changed from visit to employment/work visa.
In addition to get fine you can be banished or blacklisted. Then you wouldn't be able to come to UAE. Except this if you face any problem you wouldn't be able to sue because you're working illegally.
